In 110kV substation Koppam there are 2 nos. of dedicated 11kV feeder for steel industry unit. Previously we were using conventional type T clamp. We experienced frequent breakdown in the T clamp connecting 110/11 kV transformer 2 to 11kV bus. After replacing above T clamp with Quick Wej connectors we were able to eliminate breakdown. The above product is very good and is highly helpful in improving reliability of Substation which are having heavy fluctuating load.
